- 3-LAYER HYBRID STRUCTURE – The pizza steel plate has an embedded aluminum layer as the thermal conductive core layer. The thermal conductivity of the aluminum layer is as high as about 237 W/m·K, which is much higher than stainless steel (about 15-20 W/m·K) and stone (1-3 W/(m·K)), greatly shortening the preheating time. The outer stainless steel layer provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability for long-term use.
- UPGRADED LASER-ETCHED NONSTICK SURFACE – The surface of the pizza baking steel adopts laser etching process, which not only improves the aesthetics, but also takes into account physical anti-stick. Tiny honeycomb grooves form an air layer between the food and the surface, reducing direct contact and achieving a physical anti-stick effect without worrying about the hazards of PFAS and PTFE.
